I love what I do. I am a fully qualified Behavioural and Cognitive Hypnotherapist, having trained at the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy.
I came to London from France in 2012, and I chose Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy because it brings together interests in goal focused therapy, creative imagination and psychology.
My free time activities support my practice. I love researching different spiritual traditions, meditation and reading philosophy. I also like to paint, play music and practise yoga. My North London studio reflects my personality and offers a relaxed and authentic environment.
My purpose is to help you shift to the best version of yourself, a version that is calm, confident, courageous, happy and full of potential.
I offer a flexible, solution-based approach, where we will work as a team to resolve the issues you bring to therapy.
I am trained in helping people in areas such as low mood, stress, specific phobias, smoking cessation, habits and fears, social anxiety, work related stress, low self-esteem and low confidence. I have focused on an entirely Evidence-Based Approach and my practise is also informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness perspectives.
With my support you will be able to identify the way you think, feel, and behave in a given situation, and learn how to free yourself from detrimental patterns.
I carry full professional indemnity and public liability insurance and I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
